  1. All Sales Are Final
    Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or accept returns. For in-stock, ready-to-ship items, we accept exchanges or store credit for jewelry unworn and in original condition accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of receiving your order. However, we do not offer refunds.
  2. Order Accuracy & Approval
    Before completing your purchase, please carefully review ring size, metal type, diamond specifications, engraving, and shipping address. Your order confirmation email will include a full summary. Customer approval of these details constitutes acceptance of the final design.
  3. Quality Guarantee & Manufacturing Defects
    We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If your ring arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose setting, missing stone, or significant workmanship flaw), contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • We will inspect the ring and, at our discretion, repair or remake the piece at no charge.
    • This guarantee does not cover damage from wear, resizing by third parties, accidents, or loss.
  4. Shipping, Insurance & Risk of Loss
    All shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature. Risk of loss transfers to you upon confirmed delivery. Please inspect packages immediately and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.
  5. Appraisal & Certification
    Every center diamond is accompanied by a [GIA/AGS/other lab] certificate and a written appraisal for insurance purposes.
